Since birth we became conscious.
As we suck our thumbs we became conscious of our body.
When we started learning we became conscious of our mind.
As we mature we become conscious of our soul.
As we age we become conscious or our spirit.
We can choose to live majoring at any of these levels of consciousness.
However as we become aware that in due time we will certainly lose our body and our mind it is time to be more conscious of things of the spirit.
Now God is Spirit and we can only know Him with our spirit.
