Find your clean out trap on the piping & snake that out towards the street.

if you can't find the clog with the snake then it maybe your vent pipe coming out to the roofline. Alot of times squirrels, birds or just debris will clog the vent and if there is no air getting into the sewer line then it will create a vacuum. You might want to get up on your roof and find the vent above the toilet and run the snake down as far as the toilet would be to see if the clog is up there.

If you've used a snake and have gone to the end, you've got a real problem or, you've missed something. Do it again to make sure.
Your going to have to call in a professional like Roter-rooter.
