My girlfriend and I have recently bought a Wii and cannot put it down. The Wii Sports are fun and the remote takes gaming to another level. I was wondering about other games that fully use the remote and feel like your in the game such as bowling and baseball from Wii Sports. Thanks.

Rayman Raving Rabits is a great party game that uses the Wiimote and nunchuck. Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is a good one. Sonic and the Secret Rings also uses the Wiimote motion stuff.

If the cursor works, but not the movement controls, then the Remote has probably faulty motion detectors. If you just got the console, get the controller replaced. The remote cannot be partially synchronized. If the cursor works with the remote (this is done by the infrared signals from the sensor bar) then the remote is correctly synched and motion controls should work, too. If not, then the remote is broken, and you can't do a thing yourself about it. You have to return it and get it repaired/replaced.

Warioware : Smooth Moves.

This is a fantastic game with over 200 hilarious minigames, that require you to use the Wii remote in loads of weird and wonderful ways.

it has been given great reviews too!

The minigames are always fun. Try Rayman's Raving Rabbids and WarioWare Smooth Moves. Also, give SSX Blure a try, it really finds uses for the WiiMote and Numchuck (you only need one of each for multiplayer if you don't mind taking turns).

Madden 08 is a great game that utilizes both the nunchuk controller and the remote, although it is somewhat complicated at first.
