Hell yes! I'd get a tummy tuck, and lipo on my thighs and a breast lift, oh honey, I'd go wild if I had the money. I'd get all porcelain veneers on my teeth, you name it. I'm not ashamed to admit it. The technology is here, so why not take advantage of it? If it would make a person happier and more self assured, then why not?

I had what was considered as cosmetic surgery for health reasons. I had a tummy tuck because I kept getting an open area on my stomach.

Probably a nose job, hair transplant, and maybe the doctor could also recommend another procedure like Botox or some kind of skin resurfacing.

I don't want any cosmetic surgery. Being ugly is better than being fake. (I don't think I am ugly)

I did, to have a bump from a accident scar removed from my nose. If you mean to remove signs of aging, I'd be too afraid of looking like a freak afterwards, like so many celebrities do!
