You are using an incorrect term.
The term "Gay" is meant to be happy, bright or lively. So if you are asking if Michael Jackson is Happy, Bright or Lively............... I would have to say that YES he is.
But only when he is touching some little boys balls.

The jurors were interviewed at his last trial.
They had to find him innocent because he was innocent of those particular charges.
However, information was brought forward to prove he is a pedophile and he is guilty of other criminal sexual misconduct involving young boys.
They said it broke their heart to allow him to go free, but they couldn't find him guilty of what he was being charged with.
Anyone who supports Michael Jackson, supports pedophiles and sexual molestation of young boys by adults.
If that isn't the case, then they just aren't doing any research into the matter.

Hmm... I suppose he's a pedophile but really he only became like that due to his childhood. He had not much of a childhood, cause of his pop career. He had his parents pushing him too hard... and I think that that is the reason why he became a pedophile. Its such a sad thing really... you can feel the pain in some of his songs.

I've always thought MJ had "Gay Tendencies"...BUT the jury is still out on his actual sexual orientation.
