I think it depends on the person's face, some people can't carry off , some can't.
My Husband likes long hair so I have Long hair.

It really depends on the chick.
Some women have a face that would look good with any haircut - or even without hair. (It goes without saying, that Brit. Sp. is not one of those.)

As long as I can tell whether a person is male or female, the hair length doesn't really matter.
I'm actually quite bad at telling sometimes.
