Remember when you were just a small child and you had this imagination that could do anything and take you any where.
Listen to me , try this, reach out and visualize her or him. Find that hard? Let your mind go blank. And it will fill in the blank with a person either in the sleep state, or while you are awake. Now put your arms around the air in front of you just as though you are holding on to someone. It feels so good , it makes you smile. Keep doing this exercise, and soon it will be for real. i can usualy at least find a pillow to hug but moments like that a re truly depressing
