I would have to say that Steve Young is the best Quarterback of all time. The main reasons are: he's a double threat QB like nobody else has ever been. He has a Super Bowl Ring and was MVP. He has the best QB rating of all time. He also had to follow Joe Montana which is very difficult to do. Last, but not least not only did he win a Super Bowl, but also holds the most Super Bowl records for a QB.

Best Clutch QB = Joe Montana
Best Game Managing QB = Peyton Manning
Best Hair QB = Dan Marino
Best Chuck it in The Air and Hope Someone Catches it QB = Bret Favre

Seriously I am a huge 49er fan and have no problem admitting that Peyton Manning will exceed any and all qualifications as Best Quarterback of all time

this can't really be answered definitavely because everybody has their preference for their style of quaterback, and what accolades one should achieve. With that being said, I go back and forth between Montana and Elway all the time, but Peyton Manning and Dan Marino could easily be considered the best. I know the old schoolers will bring up Unitas as well as others, but I'd have to go with either Montana or Elway.

1. Joe Montana 4
2. Dan Marino 0
3. Terry Bradshaw 4
4. Brett Farve 1
5. Tom Brady 3 (If he when 2 more Super Bowl rings he will be the best ever beause that would give them 5 and no one has ever done that.)

I'm trying to decide between Marino, Favre, and Montana. All have accomplished more than most, but Marino has no Super Bowl rings, and Favre only has 1. Joe Montana, on the other hand, has FOUR Super Bowl Rings and THREE Super Bowl MVP awards. You can't argue with that.

Warren Moon, he threw for around 52,000 yards including playoffs. He threw for 308 TDs including playoffs, he went to 9 pro bowls and is in the hall of fame. You may think he might not be different but he also spent his first 5 years in the CFL. Not to mention he practically broke the color barrier for black quarterbacks, he is simply the best.

peyton manning will own all the records before hes done, so its hard not to say hes the best. and im tired of pats fans thinking brady is so good cause he won three superbowls, i mean come on bradshaw won 4 and hes nowhere near the top of my list when has he won a season mvp or threw over 40 tds or seven years throwing for 4000 yards or more so the message is tom brady is good but not the best.

Dan Marino, Dolphins
He would be regarded as the best of all time but he never won a Super Bowl. He reached the Super Bowl his rookie season and lost and never made it back
