Could be mentos? But it hasn't happened to me yet.
And why Coke, of all sodas? Dr. Pepper has that little warning label on the side about carbonation and the possibility of losing an eye.

pop rocks man but on mythbusters they showed that it wouldnt work u would have to drink so much soda and eat so many poprocks that u would throw up before any exploding could happen
