just work your way through it bracket by bracket and you should be fine. youy dont need help with any formula just spend some time figuring it out.

10 * (SQRT(N)/SQRT(R)) * (SQRT(SQRT(B))+0.2)
= 10 * (SQRT(81)/SQRT(3)) * (SQRT(SQRT(40))+0.2)
= 10 * (9/SQRT(3) * (SQRT(SQRT(40))+0.2)
= 90/SQRT(3) * (SQRT(SQRT(40))+0.2)
= 141.06862008619914502364206166897
= 141.1 (to 1 decimal place)

I don't really understand why you've got the commas.
