I know for a fact it's true, I've seen someone do it, in-person, not in a video, though you can see it in videos. It just depends on how flexible you are. Also, the correct term for self-sucking is "auto fellatio".
I can't say this for a fact, but I have heard a rumor several times that Marilyn Manson had his lower ribs removed so that he could suck his own penis. But, I don't have a source for this, I could never find proof, but it was a long-running rumor.

If you're flexible and/or one of the <1% of men with over 8" or 9" penises, you might be able to do it. Barely. I read somewhere about a guy that wanted ribs removed so he could do that. I don't know what became of that endeavor though. Good night!

Yes, it's possible for some men. You dont need an 8" penis either. Mine isn't nearly that length. You just need to be flexible and not overweight.
