I recommend the books of Connie Willis, especially "To Say Nothing of the Dog".
Also "Slaughterhouse 5" and "Sirens of Titan" by Kurt Vonnegut.
The Hitchhiker's Guide books also .have a lot of fun with time travel paradoxes.

The Time Traveler's Wife, by Audrey Niffengger
Basically, there is a guy who has a serious problem, every once in a while, without much warning, he "loses" his place in time and goes either forward or backward in time then after a while, goes back. There are also a lot of paradoxes, for example, the aforementioned wife met her husband when he traveled back in time, from a point where he was already married to her. So when he meets her for the first time, she had known him for practically her entire life, he has never met her, also, it sort of puts it from both the time traveler's point of view and his wife's, what they goes through.
