Go to the San Fransisco Music Box Company, pick out a music box the color shape and design you think she will love and choose a song that is special to her or both of you. There are lots of popular and obscure tunes available. Inside place a piece of jewelery that she can wear everyday. A ring, necklace, earrings, bracelet, anklet, toe ring, watch, whatever you think she will love, placed inside with a hand written letter from your heart will make a memory she will cherish always. The best gifts are those that show a personal touch. Either write a her a poem or a letter or listen to what others have said that if you buy her something, try to get her something that has a personal meaning (if she ever mentioned anything on a previous conversation).
However, showing someone "true love" is not always a one time shot with a gift. It depends on what your definition of true love is but I think it is best expressed by the daily interactions you have with her. By having a sincere devotion to the relationship and by truly enjoying that person's company and idiosyncrasies and loving her for everything that she is, not just looks.
If it's true love, then she is the first person you want to see when you wake up and the last person you want to be with before you go to sleep. Only then can you look at her right in the eyes and with complete sincerity tell her: "For as long as we are together, you will never know a day that you are not loved by me"

True love? Well depends on how old yall are and how long yall have been together, but if you are really serious get her a promise ring. (it simbolizes that you promise to some day get engaged and such, but you can promise anything you want really. Example: My boyfreind promise never to break up with me unless he didnt love me and that he would love me forever)

An evening to remember. Take her to a nice restraunt, maybe ask her friends where she wishes or likes to eat. Shower her with compliments and give her a bouquet of her favorite flowers, even if its daisies. Lavish her with attention.
