This is a simple Stick of ram. Your computer erases this every time it is powered down. there is no way to recover data off of a ram chip.

No, not from the RAM in your PC, but totally from your PC's hard disk drive.

no, RAM is random access and once the power is cut...nothing is saved anywhere ever.

if it is your memory stick, then nothing is kept on it, that is private, so the answer is "NO"
