"Redwood second
an obsolete unit of kinematic viscosity given by readings on the Redwood viscometers commonly used in Britain and elsewhere. The reading is the time, in seconds, for 50 milliliters of a sample of a liquid to flow through the device. The viscosity in centistokes is given roughly by the formula 0.260 t - (0.0188 / t ), where t is the flow time in seconds." (from the ref.)
Under P and S in the same dictionary, you can find definitions of the poise and stoke for conversion of the above to centipoises.
