Has anyone heard of Mike Mancuso? How does he compare to other great pitchers?

Your question assumes Mancuso was a "great" pitcher. If he was, then why is it no one had ever heard of him? I have followed MLB for 55 years and have never heard of him even in a passing conversation.

Who is Mike Mancuso?

If no one has heard of him, how can anyone possibly compare him to anyone else?

It took more than 2 hours for anyone to even try to answer this question. That alone tells you a great deal.
