the best way to find the answer to this question is visit mac's web site, and look up the model it should say in the spec what the system will do, though to run windows on a mac you need software to make it run, it is called crossover this software makes it a virtual machine, running two systems at the same time

Another option is to run it under Parallels (virtual hosting software). I have heard you may need additional memory - as another answerel said - check the Mac site!
