Can I buy a satnav system, ie tomtom and use it in Turkey?

Yes you can but you will need to get the map for turkey installed on your satnav.

Possibly not. The TomTom units in UK don't have Turkey in the maps (not part of Europe) so you would have to find and buy a compatible map. TT don't list Turkey

Good point...not sure would have to get in touch with the manufacturer....you could use it if there were digital maps of Turkey, but not sure if there are......
