God works everyday to make things good. But also he gave free will, hes not going to stop every bad thing. THe poor get poorer becaue they chose the wrong decisions (finish high school etc.) and rich get richer because they made the right decisions. Also th emolesters and wrong do-ers will pay one day. And there are no good people, everyoen has fallen short of God.

Most rich people are selfish and wicked. God loves those who are poor, and believe me those who are suffering, God has not forgtton them.

Things will only get worse from here on. The Bible teaches that there will be a time of trouble and this is just the beginning of it. So please be prepared for the worse to come.

God made a promise, and He shall return. Have faith in Him.

God says: "Oh ye of little faith" This goes to Phil who is angry with God because of the loss of a family member.

It is unhealthy to think that way. Just imagen what God could do because he lost his son to this world. You better believe he is very angry.

Hang in there Phil.

Because there is no "god". It is sad to know that people have to justify the bad things as "the devil did it". Yet when the religious cults of all faiths have caused wars because others did not believe as they do. When my 10 yo son passed away, all I heard was "god has plans for him, it was his time". No! he died because he had a bad heart. If there was a god, he should be executed for giving him a bad heart and making my family feel sad. I did not have justify his death in that way for I am a strong individual who looks to me for guidance, not some false idol.

I am a firm believer that the type of people you mention should be executed as should many other criminals of such caliber.

Yes all this bad stuff is happening, but remember everytime somebody dies, two more people are born. Besides God said that there would be certain signs that would be happening when he was ready to come, and alot of the bad things that are happening are listed in the bible.

As one poster said, God has given us free will so it's up to us to try and eliminate the problems on this earth by following His Word. Problem is, most people aren't following the laws of God, instead they have come up with their man-made "wants and desires" and that's why you see children getting in so much trouble and why you see so many more liberal adults who not only won't rear their own children, they want the village to do it (I believe that's called the Village Idiot). That syndrom of "let others do it" continues in life to the point that no one takes responsibility for their own actions.

Until adults start taking responsibility for their own actions and teach their children to love and be respectful to others and take responsibility for their actions, we are beating a dead horse.

If we are going to make laws, then we need to enforce them but that attitude needs to be taught at home where discipline is almost non-existant today. That attitude has slowly evolved into a society who wants to feel sorry for everyone and not make them pay for their wrongs (ACLU for one).

Laws are made to guide us and to protect all citizens but too many want the laws bent to accommodate themselves and family members, thus you have pedophiles, rapists and murderers, etc, released all the time to prey on more innocent victims. People are worried about what they go through instead of worrying about those of us who try to obey the laws and not hurt others. I don't want them mistreated but I do want them to pay for their wrongs.

One day Jesus will return and everyone who has done things their way instead of following God's Word will have to answer for their actions, no matter how well intentioned they were. In the meantime, He must look down on us with a great sadness as He watches people show him total disrespect as they follow their whims and many trash His name.

if life was peaches and cream what would be the point of living?

living in a world so cruel is an obstacle course to earn your way to heaven.
think about it? why would be the point of God giving you a test that already has the answers marked on it?

You can not just understand the existence of God when you grew up on a place where there is no worship about God but worship on nature.
although how much we explain, still you do not know who is God and you can not understand the words of God in the bible if you do not know who is God, yet you can not understand the things we will be saying about the bible unless you clear your conscience, mind and heart to understand and to know God.
