How o i change in to DDR-II from DDR-I without changing my mother board??

Question

i have a toshiba satelite L10.........I'm not sure abt my mother board brand or type...but i hv 752 mb of DDR-1 (333Mhz)........................
if im changing to DDR-II ,what are the steps i shd take..what are my options...........I know the bus speed should match..............wht else..........??
and i need to add a new VGA(current one is onboard 64mb)
what will be the best...and the price range's??

thnks guys..................................i need to know about the mother board upgrade....how much will it cost?????????? if i take it up to core 2 duo....etc...

u cant cuz u need a new mother

Only 1 step you can take, change the board, DDR-1 and DDR-2 are different specs, different numbe of pins, simply put, it just wont fit.

you cant change from ddr2 to ddr vice versa
