WHY DO PEOPLE SAY LlFE IS TO SHORT?!?

Because it's not one thing that people would like to do in a lifetime, but many things. People live for their own reasons, but mainly, to live their life to the fullest. I'm assuming you're a young guy like myself, still got a long road ahead of you. Realize that people enjoy different passions, and want to do everything they can to realize and live out their passions to the fullest. Sometimes, a lifetime is not long enough to satisfy their thirst for fulfillment. You may not have specific set goals for your life just yet, and that's completely understandable. But once you get older, you'll begin to see how fragile and short life truly is, and then you'll definitely want to make the most of it. And while you're out there living it up, you'll fail to realize how fast time went by, and before you know it, you'll be sitting in that old rocking chair, bones brittle to the core, and can do nothing but reminisce about the good old days while awaiting Death's sweet embrace.

Thta's because we always wait for some thing to happen or to end so then we think we'll feel the happiness
My guess is don't plane long term planes to find happiness, just enjoy what you have now & be happy about it
or else you'll suddenly get old & say dam* life is too short

My father worked for a company for 27 years hated it and said he would start doing things when he retired. He retired and had a heart attack and couldnt do all things he wanted. He waited too long.

...because for most people they go along there daily lives doing all these things that have to be done until one day they finally realize how much time has gone by and they have wasted by not enjoying even the smallest things in life. Cause when your young things seem to go so much slower, and time seems to go by faster as you get older. Got to take time or you loose yourself in the every day stuff..

for me,it means to live the life I want for me...not the life that i was expected live for the sake of others.
I had to have a biopsy done,and I was very lucky. After that I decided I wanted to start fresh and learn new things......and now Im having a blast at 43 yrs young!
Sorry,im guessing u werent expecting a book,but i always say,'lifes too short....go have fun!'

Life is only short when you have something to live for. You know that statement alone shows how greedy people can be. Life is too short.........means that I want to do more stuff and get more stuff. See what I mean?

Sigh... it's because some people, when they were kids, wasted all their time on stuff that wasn't really beneficial to them at all. There's just too much to do as an adult. I'm only 13, & I feel like I've wasted too many years....

It takes a lifetime to turn 16,18,and 21, then in the blink of an eye, you are telling young people "these are the best years of your life, enjoy them" I hated it when people said that to me.

Because you dont know when you aregoing to die. you could get shot or dieof a heart attack! Life is short beacuse you dont know how long it is going to be. and a lifetimer is nothing cmpared to a etinrnity.
