The Internet.

With the printing press much of the information communicated between cultures was filtered through the voice of the limited publishers who got the information printed.

The Internet allows anyone to convey a thought and give their own take on the world. This allows individuals more of an opportunity to get "unfiltered" information.

The internet has openned doors to cultural groups to communicate and inform one another of their situations that are affecting them in an instant by just pressing enter.
INTERNET is the more influential as it is colour blind, that users are unaware that they could be talking to someone that they would otherwise walk past if they passed them in the street.
