My Comp Can No Longer "Notice" when i plug in my psp and my phone?

I can plug in my keyboard through usb, printer, but not my psp or phone i think my computer is not allowing random usb things besides essentials any help?

Make sure you put your PSP in USB mode. That's about all you would normally have to do. You could go straight to My Computer and check to see if you have any removable drives attached when in USB mode and connected.
