Dragon fish (if these are the dragon goby) are filter feeders and will look for food in the substrate, so don't be surprised if you don't see them going after the same flakes or pelleted food you feed the other fish. One thing they really love, though, is small worms like bloodworms.
You should feed the fish twice a day, but only as much as they can eat in 2-3 minutes. Any more, and you'll be overfeeding. And they always seem to try and look hungry - even 5 minutes after you've fed them. You just have to fight the urge to keep feeding. Just remember that more food = more water changes needed.
It's also good to add some non-iodized salt with the dragon.
If your dragon fish is an arowana, these guys are predators. Some seem to be pickier than others - try crickets, worms, feeder fish, carnivore pellets, and thawed frozen foods (including mice and rats as it gets large enough to eat them).

I assume you have a freshwater dragon goby (aka the violet goby)? They love bloodworms. This is a must for them. If the other fish get the worms before they get to the dragon, turn the lights out just before you feed the worms.
Fish should be fed no more than once a day and only as much as they will eat in 2-3 minutes. This is my schedule and I skip one day a week. A hungry fish is a happy fish.
Angel fish are the worst beggers of all, they would eat 10 times a day if you would feed them. Also, if you keep them a little hungry, they will all come out to greet you when you come to the tank to see them.

Dragon fish eat brine shrimp, blood worms, ghost shrimp. Dragon fish are brackish water fish( freshwater with1teaspoon of aquarium salt per 10 gallons) Dragon fish have very small eyes, so they have a hard time seeing food, a lot of time they end up starving because the other fish get to the food first! One way to solve this is to have some live food available at all times, ghost shrimp are great live food source and are cheap(walmart $.26 each)Feed twice a day at morning and before you go to bed, give them a little and if it's gone in less than 1 min. you need to feed more!
