i hate fighting and people who talks behind peoples back.there is this guy who talks behind my back and found my profile on yahoo answers by searching my nickname through yahoo search engine. I told him not to look but he read all my questions. he gives no respect to anyone and stole my friend's Ipod. all my friend has lost resepct for him,he always talks behind my back and always annoys me by staring at me and smiling. should I fight him and kick his ***

Don't fight him, you could get into trouble. Just drop him from your list of friends. Act like he doesn't even exist. Don't talk to him, don't acknowledge him. If he speaks to you, turn and walk away. Don't even look at him. Make him dead to you.

No. be a better man than him. Change your yahoo profile, or get a new yahoo id. Just remember what goes around comes around, so your friend is going to be getting his soon. You said that he stares at you and smiles. Maybe he is gay and likes you but just does not know how to deal with those feelings.

That's kinda hard to ignore it... but I'll tell you like this... it's probably about intimidating you and humiliating you. By fighting him, you #1 stoop to his level, and #2 you are giving him power because he knows he's upsetting you and his efforts are not in vain. The best punishment (and I know this from my own personal experiences) is to act as if you are totally uneffected by his tactics. This is a difficult thing to do - very difficult, but I've been there and am still doing it, and it does pay off.

I'm going though the same thing right now. That guy's being an imature ***. He most likely wants you to fight him but it's a waste of time. Don't be mad that he's telling lies behind your back...they're lies...at least...unless they're, like, your secrets or something...then you should totally kick his ***. But if he's lying, just ignore it. That just means he's trying to make other people not like you because no one likes him, so he's pathetic. -go for the head
-fake a punch with your weaker hand
-then go straight for the head with your strongest punch
-then get him in the gut with your weaker hand
-then go again for the head with a good punch
-then tackle him
-then if he even tries to get up get him in a headlock
-then make him say something embarresing
-MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR FRIENDS WITH YOU CAUSE HIS FRIENDS WILL JUMP IN AND IF YOU ARE OUT NUMBERED THEY WILL HAVE MORE AMMO TO MAKE FUN OF YOU WITH

fight him? no no, steal the ipod back, turn his friends (if he has any) against him and be an asshole just like him, when he realizes how annoying it is, stop and he should as well, if all elase fails, kick his head in.
