if you are finding them in strange places, dimes or pennies, they are small hints to let you know that someone who loves you and has passed on is thinking about you or visiting you.
I am always thankful that my mom leaves coins in odd places for me to find.

i do not know the meaning ..but we have this happen to us all the time (and i am being serious) ..but it only occurs before a major event in the family, such as a pregnancy or illness. i have heard it likened to "pennies from Heaven"..they say that a loved one who has passed is just trying to get our attention.
