I'm considering going to Las Vegas for about 4 or 5 days and I'm considering staying at Cesear's Palace because of the resort atmosphere. I really wouldn't have to leave if I didn't want to. What I'd like to know is how are the rooms? Is the decor modern? On the website the clasic rooms look rather old. If anyone can give or share their opinion, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

i've recently been there and its not old or else it would be considered a lower starred hotel. The rooms are beautiful and there is a lot to do in the casino/mall. there are lots of stores and even a show that is played hourly by the virgin store. (its a sort of water show) Caesar's Palace is decorated back to date ancient greece. Infront of the hotel are many statues and trees. it is located next to bellagio where i prefer to stay, however be sure to check out Celine Dion's performance; she's ending her show in December. If you want more images on Caesar's Palace, i recommend you do a hotel search on them on orbitz.com or lasvegas.com they should have the most up to date images. Have a FUN TIME!

yes, I have. The "Run of House" (ROH) rooms in the Roman towers are in need of upgrading (and are scheduled for upgrades next year). But by no means would I classify it a dump. They've done a lot of wonderful upgrades and reconstruction to the proeprty over the last several years and have done a great job with the hotel overall.

It's also in a great location - within walking distance to other hotels if you do choose to leave the property. The pool area is also nice and expansive. The shops on property are also convenient in case you have a last minute purchase to make.

Hope this helps a bit!!

I'm sure someone has, or it would have been torn down by now.
