Food manufacturers are required to follow strict guide lines when making products. Large plants that make products for like McD's would be large enough to have USDA inspectors at the plant all the time. It has to be wholesome products and ingredients used.

I think the nuggets/strips that they say are "all white meat" really have to be, but the patties served at fast-food places are sometimes made with ground up skin, scraps, everything. It is SOOOOO NASTY. Seriously, I gag thinking about it.
