Most likely the problem is the pump...this is a cheap item about 25 dollars plus labor if you cant put it on....so it shouldnt cost but about 75 dollars to repair..... this is way cheaper than a new machine

We had that problem awhile ago. We had a repair guy out who pulled it apart and found that the drainage tube was clogged with a toddler's sock. Oops. After watching this guy do it, I could probably pull my machine apart if I needed to clear the tube again (clogged due to overloading the washer; little bits of clothing sneak over the edge and get stuck), but I don't think I could explain it. You'll probably need a repairman to come in and unclog it, and you'll have to pay some, but if that is the problem, it will be a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a new machine. Good luck!

Recently my 9 year old washing machine did that too. I had tilted it up to clean under it and I knocked the belt off. We put it back one and it works fine now. You may just have a broken or stretched belt. Years ago a different machine did that and it turned out to be a thin cheap wash cloth that go behind the inner tub and clogged the drain.

sounds like the pump has gone bad... you can call a repair man to fis it but it will probably cost at least 75-100 dollars depending on where you live and who you call.

Sounds to me like the pump is no longer working. You can call a repairman to fix it but in reality it is probably cheaper to but a new machine as they don't make them to last like they used to!

There is a timer on it that has probably gone bad, call a appliance repair shop, they may not charge that much to fix it.

The filter is blocked. You can take it out and clear it.
