The family is going on vacation next week and I caught a cold. I want to get better but even if I can't I don't want to get anyone else sick. I've washed my hands everytime i've blown my nose, I cough on my sleeve, or into my hands which are washed after I cough, I've been taking cold medicine, and I use a napkin to pick up stuff like salt or ketchup at the dinner table. Is there anything else I could do?

Get this immune supplement right away:

Immune Alert, a free sample is available at www.immunealert.com

(don't confuse this product with Jet Alert which is a stimulant with a lot of caffeine designed to keep you awake but not to do anything for your illness).

You could also have your family take extra vitamin C, it helps strengthen the cell walls so the virus can't attach as easily.

You are doing a great job preventing the spread. Have a wonderful vacation.

Its really nice that your being so considerate of others. It sounds like your doing everything right. If they do end up with your cold,...its not the end of the world. I'm sure that they'll still enjoy theirselves. Your only contagious for about 3 days after you started getting sick, so relax.

Whenever I have a cold, I always drink orange juice and it seems to work.
