it's not Detroit (where i unfortunately have the displeasure of living in right now). Savannah, I have heard, is quite artsy, relatively hot all year, and is very pretty. Don't move to ATL. Yeeeeeeesh! Though you may find a good deal of nice foreclosed homes going for excellent prices.
