If an a-bomb hit Antartica, is uit possible that after the bomb is one exploding, a hurricane can happen?

I understand the logic in your question but atom bombs can not cause hurricanes. Atomic bombs cause an explosion which means the force is transferred outward. Hurricanes form from the collection of forces/energy at sea.

Hurricanes work like this!
