For a while I was thinking in those terms. I've made some good friends on here now though and would prefer to stay.
Your right though it is addictive. What I try to do now is limit my time on Y/A, although to be honest I'm not managing it very well.
If you really think its having a detrimental effect on your life, I would advise you to stop.
Whether you decide to stop or continue though - I wish you good luck.

Just give you're self an egg timeer so whenever you are free for example put the egg timer on for an hour then sit on computer/ lappy and stay untill the timer gos off
