yes, normally by my own free will, but today I spent the afternoon listening to the same song over and over again, but it was not my choice, I was doing work in my yard and the kids that live behind me had "Glamorous" by Fergie on repeat. I listened to it for two hours. I am deleting it from my ipod.

No If I am going to spend time listening to music it has to be more than one song and a variety. There would be an occasion where I would be in the mood for one genre of music over another. Like an whole day of Blues or classic Jazz.

actually. relies upon on the temper. whether that's motivational applications, something quickly and encouraging. If i'm feeling retrospective that's often some Maroon 5 or Counting Crows early stuff. How long at each and every time varies, yet i may be caught on a particular album for over a month taking part in it on each and every occasion i will.

It's been a while since I could listen to the same song very many times in a row, but it doesn't help when the neighbors have been playing Bob Marley all weekend either...I love Bob Marley too but come on! Variety....is the spice of life ;)

yea, i do that almost everyday, until i get sick of the song, then switch to something else and listen to it obsessively.

right now im listening to umbrella by rihanna and will probably listen to it another 20 times before switching to another song.

I did when I was a teenager but as I grew older I got past that and found more constructive ways to deal with my angst like journalling.
