Well, bleeding heart, you are practically a convert to Islam already. Chalk one up for Ahmadinejad because Stevie has just crossed over to the other side.
I see it as a numbers game, the more we eliminate now, the fewer our children will need to worry about. As far as democracy is concerned, it works here reasonably well, but amongst ragheads, they need someone to point them in the right direction, so I see no reason to ever fight for a political system who's jury is still out. Dictators sometimes work, but usually not. Yet, sometimes we even protect them if their politics coincide with ours.
The country's who might be a threat someday, are already a threat today ! If we drop our guard now, they will own us, but stupid people can't usually see that far down the line, so they makes comments like you did
Killing our enemy is necessary to maintain our own existence.
It's like an infestation of cockroaches, you can't let even one escape, or you will be back to square one. I put these extremists on the same level of vermin, in this way it is not difficult to call the Orchan man, with attitude !

"Who soever shedth mans blood, by man shall his blood be shed" In the Bible God said the Jews were the "apple of his eye" and warned against doing harm to his people. He gave Samson the "jawbone of an *** and he slew the Philistines"
David and Goliath, Joshua and Jericho. You read the King James Bible, "Thou shalt not kill" but the original Hebrew Ten Commandments says "No murder" If someone is trying to kill you and you want to stand there and let him that is your choice. I believe that God would want me to do all I could to preserve my life or the life of someone else that may be at risk from someone that is intent on breaking the Commandment I refer to above.

Causing the death of another being was most accurately rendered as murder; that the commandment actually says "Thou Shalt Not Murder." He went on to claim that only murder refers to the "premeditated, deliberate taking of the life of another, and we have to remember that there is a BIG difference between killing and murder.
Although we are commanded not to murder, in some circumstances it is our duty to kill. Society recognizes the right that we have to defend ourselves from harm. The Lord, Himself, endorses this societal norm: God understands and expects us to protect our families and ourselves (OR OTHERS), even if it means that we need to kill.
The insurgents in Iraq are terrorists. They are killing innocent civilians just as surely and just as ruthlessly as their allies in London.
Yet, however one comes down on that judgment, it cannot be denied that the present war in Iraq is part of the global war on terror. Indeed, it is that war's central front. Not only because there are so many terrorists in Iraq, but because, as Abu Musab al-Zarqawi hasacknowledged, creating a successful democracy in Iraq will be the beginning of the end for jihadist terrorists worldwide.
I can't speak for God, but I believe because of his love for all of us, that he'd be very upset with the rest of us who didn't try to lend a hand to those in need.

There is a difference between killing and murder. Killing is, unfortunately necessary sometimes such as self defense, protecting the life of another and opposing evil.
Do you think God views both Adolf Hitler and those who killed to oppose his murderous armies as evil? I do not. It would have been a great evil to have the capacity to oppose Hitler and not done so.

Sometimes you have to kill so the majority are better off. These Islamic terrorist will come after the u.s. because we don't force Islam on the people here. So yes it is justified in Iraq. God willing it will be in Iran next.
And :) i hope you find god and redeem your soul.

I have done everything possible to limit the amount of my contribution to this government lately . My income is zero for the last 4 years and I did employ 4 people . I was a productive member of society but have rejected this war and refused to contribute to it . Once we are done with it I will once again rejoin society .

I feel that this depends if you are talking about a just war or not. I am not saying that they do not have their own problems but a good gage of this is what the UN has to say about a conflict. If the world consensus is that a war is not just it probably is not.

Just by asking this type of question shows me you don't know God personally. Please read the Old Testament. It will answer your question better than any human can or will. Have a good day.
