The English kings had nothing to do with the Spanish conquerors. The english people did not come to central or south america until the last century. Even the Spanish kings did not ask the conquerors to kill the natives from Central or South America. The ones who ordered the killings were the people in charge like Generals Francisco Pizarro or Diego de Almagro who, together with all their men, were very greedy and wanted to stay with all the gold and silver and precious stones they found when they came to America. The kings from Spain just got a bit of the treasure so they kept a blind eye but did not ask for the killings. Greed is the most common way to start genocide, plus, the spanish had cannons and guns which the natives has never seen so they were quite an easy target.

The Spanish didn't consciously try to kill off the native populations most of the time, most of the death toll was due to European diseases the natives had no immunity to.
