Let me guess....
To win Champions League, you will need strong determination and good history. Having good squad and good coach is one thing, having winner mentality is another thing. Statistic data tell you that most of them who won Champions League are teams with sound record in Europe.
My fave are AC Milan (they won 7 CL titles, the best in CL after Real Madrid) and Real Madrid (they won 9 titles, the best in CL history; they had frustrating times these few years, but I think Capello the maestro will bring success for them next season). Bayern Munich and Manchester United will be serious contenders, since they know how to win titles and they have strong squad. Juventus were serious contender also, but this year they will need time for consolidation after playing in second class competition. Arsenal, Porto, & Lyon are not bad, but they still need to gain more experience in the top level.
I think Holland will always be one of favourites in Euro & World Cup. They have great talents. Unfortunately, the players oftentimes show selfish attitude (you may find out what happened when Rinus Michels and Dick Advocaat were coaching them). They play well at clubs, but lack of pride in national team jersey. So, I consider them as dark horse. Croatia? Umm, they may be good (and they still have chance, of course), but I don't have much comment for this less experience country... Can they beat giants like Germany?
Madrid or Barca? Wow... it's eternal rivalry. Madrid's chance is slightly better, because at the end of competition, finally they found the moment. Barca seems lost the moment since Ronaldinho aren't playing excellently this season. Anything can happen this season, but next season I'm sure Madrid will be better than they are now.

I think italy will win the euro 08 because they have the best side and they won the world cup.
champions league would probably be arsenal next year and the final with barcelona.... 4-2
la liga will be real madrid because they will get a better coach next season and will get back in business with trophies

Euro: Holland have a chance (but I still hope England could win it..) Croatia have a very long road if they want to reach final.

Manchester United.. I think we will be able to do it within the next few years.
I think for the EURO I'd like to see Portugal win, I think it's quite possible.
La Liga? Amazing league. Madrid? Ugh, Real I'm guessing? Still ugh. Barca? Classy club but not my favourite, I prefer Valencia.

I would love to say bayern but i cant UEFA CHAMPIONS!!
Man U have the best player right now in Ronaldo (Diving crybaby) and no weaknesses so i will say Man U
For the Euros. Germany has a good young team. Portugal has a real good team on paper but they will choke.(crybabys)

i hope Liverpool will win the UEFA Champions' League once again & my pick for the 2008 UEFA European Championship would be either GERMANY or ITALY.
FC Barcelona will once again winning the Spanish Primera Liga this season.
