i lock myself in my room, turn out the lights, blast a song on my ipod speakers, lie down in my bed cover my face in my pillow and scream and cry my heart out, then when i run out of tears i dry my face, and walk back down to the real world
or just blast a song and sing your heart out, and dance lk no one was watching

Go for a drive and listen to your favorite songs. Make yourself not think about your day and focus on the music...and the road of course. Hope you feel better!

CRY, then take a piece of paper, write out what happened then RIP it up. then take a nice bath and meditate. Then talk to God. he always helps with this stuff. Then take a nap or go to sleep.
