When people forsake you in relationships,does your pet become all important in your life or maybe your life was already dedicated to them and that is why your relationship failed.

sometimes. my dog is pretty much my son and hes was more important than a lot of people!

I think animals especially dogs are way way better than people. It doesnt mean that it will affect my relationship with people it just means that i know better when it comes to the human race.
An animal is also more important than a human because it cannot speak and it cannot say what its feeling so it should be taken extra special care of as opposed to a human being taken care of.
A relationship can only fail when you have an unhealthy obsession with your pet and blow off the person in your life for more time with your pet or if you have to take it everywhere you both go etc. Thats when it begins to interfere with the relationship. The warning signs would be when your partner points it out or cancels dates alot!!

I definitely consider my dogs more important than any people I know. My dogs give me unconditional love, while with people, love is conditional. I have a will which seeks proper care for my animals should I die, and leaves nothing to the people I know. Unfortunately my childhood was pretty ****-ty, so I have nothing to thank my family for. My dogs, on the other hand, whatever money comes from my three acre estate will go to their care in my absence.
Heck, I consider dogs to be the greatest creatures on earth, much more higher than any human could ever be.

I don't know about more important....I don't really think in those terms....I do know I like most dogs better than most people and given a choice to be with people I don't know or dogs I don't know, I'll take the dogs.

No, they are not more important than humans but some people love their animals just as much. I do think they are important because they can't take care of themselfs and many sick people out there abuse animals in many ways. In those cases, we have to help them out.

I think they are a living thing, and deserve love and respect. I also think, that people can love dogs more than their friends, family,etc. The dog is loyal, trusting, protecting,and loving..when some human in their lives arent.

I love animals, but people are more important. Animals can be replaced (though sometimes it's hard.) Your child, your mother, your sister, etc. cannot be replaced.
