It is not bad at all. It is very normal. A perfect balance in size would be unusual, perhaps abnormal.
Differences in texture and feel are greater concerns. Regular checks should be done, so that any differences can be more easily noticed.
If there is a substantial variation from what is normal for the individual, then medical consultation is in order.

My ex had one that was bigger than the other and he ignored it thinking it was okay but then it got really big like twice the size of the other and it turned out he had cancer.
Testicular cancer happens most often in caucasian men between the ages of 16-26.
I'd get checked out. Just to be sure. If caught early, testicular cancer is easily treated and should not have any lasting effects.

well, if you consider somethign that is perfectly normal as bad then I suppose having one testicle larger than the other might be considered bad. However since we all have one larger hand and foot, one longer leg and arm and for guys one larger testicle, I'd say there's nothing bad at all.

It's normal... unless you think that there is some health issue going on. Have you done a self-exam?

It doesn't matter as long as your wallet is bigger than both of them.
