There is a little pipe coming out of the head on the passenger side. what does it go to and is it part of my PCV?

it probably is part of the pcv system on it,if i remember the 4.0.s right that one does go to the intake as part of the pcv system,good luck.

i suggest getting yourself a chiltons manual they are really helpful in identifying parts and helping you through repairs. and there are many tubes coming off the engine without seeing it there is really no way to guess what it is.
