2(2+x)/x -2/3=2; Add 2/3 to both sides:
2(2+x)/x=8/3; Multiply by x:
2(2+x)=8/3*x; Distribute the 2:
4+2x=8/3*x; Subtract 2x from both sides:
4=2/3*x; Divide both sides by 2/3.
6=x.

Check:
2(2+6)/(6)-(2/3)
2(8)/6-(2/3)
2 2/3-2/3= 2.

x=6 is your answer.
Hope this helps!

Mult. by 3x

3(2)(2+x) - 2(x) = 2(3)x

12 + 6x - 2x = 6x

12 + 4x = 6x

2x = 12

x = 6

Check

2(2+6)/6 - 2/3 = 2
2(8) / 6 - 2/3 = 2
8/3 - 2/3 = 2
6/3 = 2
2 = 2

X by 3x:-
6.(2 + x) - 2 x = 6x
12 + 6x - 2x = 6x
2x = 12
x = 6

first we are going to distribute
(4+2x)/x=6/3+2/3
multiple by x
4+2x=8/3x
12+6x=8x
12=2x
x=6
so sorry to the guy above me!
