Cops: Ice Cream Truck Sold 'Pot-Sicles'

MISSION, Texas (AP) — Police say the jingle of this ice cream truck meant pot-sickles. Police say elementary school students tipped them off to an ice cream truck driver who was apparently selling $5 and $10 bags of marijuana from the truck. Most customers were in the third, fourth, and fifth grades.
"It's a scary thought, but that's the info we received," Mission police Chief Leo Longoria said.

I believe marijuana should be legalized. But I also believe if he's going to sell it, he should be selling it to adults. He must not have any friends. I'm a democrat.

Jail. Even though I think Marijuana needs to be legalized, it is not suitable for children of that age. Like with alcohol and cigarettes, they need to be an adult before they make that choice.
There are stiffer penalties for dealing drugs within a certain distance from a school. I am sure they will prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law as they should.

Oh jeez he was selling pot, the world will fall part. I doubt he was selling the pot to the grade school kids.
He is an illegal, why should he go to our jail? Send him back to wherever he came from. If he wasn't an illegal though, Id go with a stiff fine and he can never sell ice cream from a truck again.

I have no problem with consenting adults using maryjane in the privacy of thier own home, but this is down right worse than giving kids beer. He needs to be put away, we can't condone this kind of stupidity. Drugs are dangerous, but government is far worse. Libertarian minded Conservative Republican.
