What you need to understand about Ann Coulter is that she is iconoclastic; meaning that she purposely attacks cherished beliefs and things everyone assumes to be true in order to provoke a reaction.
You can't take everything she says at face value.
If you read her book "Godless", you will even have some doubts about the theory of evolution. Yes, she is that good at creating doubt about things we all just assume are true (read her book; you won't believe some of the things she says. Agree or not, you will find it fascinating)
Now, let's look at the historical characters you cite:
1) Caligula would probably find her delightfully perverse. Then he would probably force sex on her, and have her blinded with a hot poker afterwards.
2) Attila the Hun would probably think she is "one hot babe". I mean, how many svelte, blonde women do you find in Mongolia?
3) Adolf Hitler and Ann Coulter share a lot of beliefs. They'd probably form a long lasting friendship.
4) Idi Amin would just "eat her up" (oh wait, I mean that LITERALLY)

You act as if you can do something about it, or that the current Republican Field can do something about it. You notice that their pronounced solutions to this crisis have not meat. They insinuate that they will take us from point A - C, yet they do not tell anyone what B is. Typical politicians. Choosing between Obama, the current Repub field, and Ann Coulter, is like choosing between piss and $hit.
