A video processor is a visual processing unit or more popularly called a graphics processing unit (GPU). Modern GPUs have very fast 3D graphics processing as well as digital video functions. More here:

It is the thing in the computer that handles the graphics. It renders everything. The better one you have the nicer it looks (in games) No video processor= no graphics.
