Lindsay Lohan was cited this morning for investigation of driving under the influence after an early morning traffic accident, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.
Lohan, who was slightly injured in the accident, was taken to a local hospital by a private vehicle.
She will have to make a court appearance sometime in the next month, according to the police.

1- Throw her azz in jail just like Paris, she was drunk and could have killed someone?

It has now come out that there were illegal drugs in her car. I believe she is in TROUBLE.
As the mother of two teen boys, I would never support their underage drinking or drug use the way Lohan's mother does. I'm glad no one was seriously injured - but who is to say next time there won't be? If it were my children, they would already be behind bars - I'm sure that the Paris thing will catch on - she has set a precedence. It's time Hollywood folk started being responsible for their actions the way everyone else in te country is.

Lindsay Lohan is so typical of the "Long Island girl" stereotype. She's spoiled rotten and never gets punished for her crimes.

Lohan should be thrown in prison just like Paris. She has already made alot of "mistakes". It is her own falut that she keeps on doing drugs and drinking alot. She could have killed someone and she deserves to be thrown into the big house.
