Where Can you find "Brake Wash" solvent?

Can is blue with white "Brake wash" letters and has a wierd orange globe behind it.

no, It isn't sold around my area, I have tryed to locate it. its not in a huge bucket, its in a spray can and described just as I mentioned with that globe in the background

at any good parts house. even auto zone carries it. check napa.
