This is what I do to help me fall asleep and stay asleep.

1.Do not eat within 2-3 hours before bed(especially sweets/carbs and caffeine products)

2. Take a hot bath to relax me

3. come out of the bath and take 2 Stress Relief Complex and 1 Cal Mag. Both these products help with sleep for me.

These are all natural products that can't become additive like sleeping pills can.

Do not get addicted. Take hot water bath before bed time. Drink a glas of warm milk. Apply coconut oil on our soles. You will get very sound sleep. Indian Mulberry herbal fruit juice helps a lot to oversome sleep disorders.

Sleeping pills are good in moderation. Another means of getting to sleep without prescription sleeping pills is to use benadryl. You could also use herbal teas and lavendar oil to help you sleep.
