When you are voting for a best answer, do you read ALL of the answers before you vote or do you just pick from the first few? Just curious......

I read them all. You need to read them all to pick the best. I also read them all when I'm voting. I don't vote on questions that have more than 25 answers because of my strict time constraints. :-)

I read them all. Some if they are 5 paragraphs long I skim without reading every word.I choose the answer that best fits my needs to the question.I also dont leave a question more than 3 days> That way there arent so many answers. If I need to reask at a later date I do I just dont like when there are 50 or more answers.

I read though them, but I only vote on interesting questions, so the answers should be entertaining.

It is only fair to read them all....if you only read some of them you are not really picking the best answer. If you don't read them all you shouldn't be asking questions.............

I read every one of my answers to evaluate the one I think is best. It is the only fair and honest way to pick one......

It depends on how many answers there are - if there are more than 30 or so, I probably don't read them all - but if they are all on the same page, I try to read as many as I can.
