He is the most american candidate I've seen in a long time. I can no longer tell the difference between a democrat and a republican, isn't that sad?
For those that don't know what Ron Paul stands for here you go:
Voted YES on banning partial-birth abortion except to save mother’s life
Voted NO on making the PATRIOT Act permanent.

Voted NO on restricting independent grassroots political committees.
Voted YES on restricting frivolous lawsuits.
Rated A by the NRA, indicating a pro-gun rights voting record
Rated 100% by FAIR, indicating a voting record restricting illegal immigration.
Voted YES on reducing tax payments on Social Security benefits.
Voted NO on approving removal of Saddam & valiant service of US troops.
Voted NO on declaring Iraq part of War on Terror with no exit date.

he's for legalizing medical marijuana and he thinks the war on marijuana is a sham and if you ever watched reefer madness you'd know he is onto something.
Also, how many people are taking up our prison cells with minor pot charges meanwhile pedophiles are getting slaps on the wrists or given 7 years in prison but usually serve way less? There are cases of people who were caught with less than a quarter of marijuana who are serving life.
Our prisons could be used for murderers, pedophiles, rapists...basically hard criminals.

Ron Paul will be the Greatest President in American history if elected. He will bring honesty and truthfulness to our people and make us proud to be American once again. He is a true partiot and a lover of humans.
Many know my postition on abortion. I am strongly pro choice, but I do not fear Ron Paul. I bellieve that he is a follower of the Constitution and I believe that the issue of abortion will be dealt with fairly.
In his writings Ron makes it clear that the issue of abortion is a State issue. I believe that once the issue is given a fair hearing in the ameican press and in our halls of government, pro choice will win hands down. I know Ron Paul is pro life, yet I know he is more pro Constitution.

We are tired of millionaire politicians with only 'global governing' on their minds being pushed as the 'Frontrunner'. Ron Paul is at least someone who will follow the Constitution based on our Founding Fathers. And oddly, who is supporting Perry? The man is 100% for amnesty and banning abortions. Romney? His state is nearly broke with their health care mandates. Odd that you never hear about that in the media. All you hear is the Ron Paul is some crazy loon. Maybe he is just a man who ran for office, because he is interested in what is best for AMERICA (and not China, WalMart, Wall Street, and so on).

I voted for Ron Paul in 1988. That year (1988) I was a NY State Resident and Voter and he was on the ballot as the Libertarian for President. I get all the e mail alerts from Gun Owners of American Inc and Ron Paul is the best there is on the 2nd amendment issues.
I do not want to vote for a lesser of 2 evils in November of 2008. Let's do all we can to make Ron Paul President Paul.

I'm a Ron Paul fan. He is consistent in his beliefs, and does not change them to fit his audience. Before his current incarnation, he ran as a libertarian. Let's keep Paul in office and save women from his ministrations as an OB-GYN
Actually I know nothing of Dr. Paul's competence although I've visited him in his office. Being male, I was not in need of his services, but I did interview him on his political views and ambitions. From the list that came with question, he hasn't change.
Personally, I'm pulling for Governor Richardson

Everything about Paul seems good except the pro-hemp voting record. If that stands for legalizing medical marijuana, then I'm fine with that, but if that means overall legalization, then I would have a serious problem in voting for him.
Did you see how he gave Rudy a reading list on foreign policy, that was amusing.

Please count me out. He made a huge tactical mistake trying to run on the Republican ticket. I cannot support a Libertarian masquerading as a Republican.
